The Program Includes:
- 1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching Session, Assessment and Evaluation:
50-minute Strategy Session. This is where the magic happens. You will fill out a More About You form and then I will go over it. We will schedule a Zoom or phone session where we will discuss and go over your form and also talk about your strengths and weaknesses and plan out your 90 Day plan. In bite-size weekly habits that over time will get you to your weight loss and fitness goals. - Customized Weekly Workouts:
Written and customized by me, for your specific goals. - Weekly Coaching Calls: We will discuss specific types that we discussed in our strategy sessions to make sure you are staying on track. I will be helping you with anything you may be struggling with. This is the accountability portion.

Fitness and wellness is not a luxury it’s a necessity that everyone should have access to.
My mission and goal is to show my clients the greatness that they already have within, and to live a life that they desire. And it is not predicated on false hopes, quick fixes and fake promises. Rather on goals that are achievable, I focus on the person as a whole ( mindset, mental health, environment, spirit, body etc)
I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years and believe me, I’ve seen and heard it all. I am a Master trainer which means I have over 10,000 hours of hands on training and I have worked with over 3,000 men and women during this time and have helped them achieve various health and weight loss goals.
And I have done that by consistently following 3 rules:
- Following data and the latest science – I am consistently taking courses, reading and surrounding myself with top notch, trainers, mindset coaches, nutritionist and the like.
